Activity Trackers

​Hi Coyotes, I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe! I am going to share several activities to help you and your child stay active and healthy. It is really important to take care of yourself during this time. Physical activity can be a fun way to look after emotional needs and there are so many options! I am uploading some trackers to make it easier to track when and how often your child is moving. 30minutes a day is the minimum but 1 an hour and 30minutes is ideal. This does not have to be all at once. Physical activity can be done in increments through out the day :). I want to give a big shout out to Josh in grade 5!
